    I visited this studio today for the Myofascial Release Gentle Yoga class and had such a great experience. I genuinely felt like my body was able to release a lot of tension during the session, which was exactly what I needed. Agnes is a wonderful instructor and created such a calming, supportive environment throughout the class.

    I also really appreciated the studio itself. The space is beautiful, welcoming, and I loved that the class size was smaller, which made it feel more personal and comfortable. Out of the yoga studios I’ve visited, this is definitely one of the sessions I’ve genuinely enjoyed the most. It feels like such a friendly, positive space, and I’ll definitely be booking more classes in the future.

    Really enjoyed this Pilates/yoga studio! The space is very clean and well-maintained, and the equipment feels high quality. Agnes was friendly and guided the class really well, making it enjoyable even if you’re not very experienced.

    It’s also super convenient in the neighborhood, which makes it easy to come regularly. Overall, a great vibe and a comfortable place to work out. Would definitely recommend!

    It was my first time trying a Pilates class, and I had a great experience! Ms. Agnes was very professional and patient, which made me feel comfortable as a beginner. The studio was clean and well-maintained. I tried a mat Pilates class, and it was perfect for beginners. Overall, a very enjoyable experience!
